1998-2003 Honda XR80R And XR100R Service Manual

The XR80R is a great bike for the beginner to intermediate rider. The bike features an 80cc air-cooled single cylinder four-stoke engine with a five speed transmission and CDI ignition. The rear suspension boasts a Pro-Link single-shock that can take all the abuse your little tike can deliver. It’s 141 pound weight and 28.5 inch seat height also make it the ideal size. The bike is designed just like the bigger bikes but is perfect for the youngster not quite big enough for the XR100 which is about 10 pound heavier and 2 inches taller. The sturdy steel frame, skidplate and handguards give it the look and feel of a real dirt eating machine. Because of the abuse a novice can put on the clutch, it’s equipped with a heavy-duty smooth progressive engagement clutch.
